What it does not do (yet)

  • Online card payments (available as an extra)
  • Direct ERP or accounting integration (export to Excel instead; integrations available as extras)
  • A shared marketplace: your portal shows only your products

Need more? Add it when you are ready.

The portal works on its own from day one. These are extras we can build on top of it for your business. None of them is needed to launch, and each is quoted after a short call.

Integrations

  • Accounting and ERP

Orders go to Rivilė, Centas, Agnum, B1.lt or your ERP; stock and prices come back automatically.

  • Invoices and i.VAZ

Invoices created from confirmed orders, and delivery-note data prepared for the tax authority’s i.VAZ.

  • Online payments

Card, bank-link or prepayment through Paysera, Montonio or Stripe.

  • Couriers

Shipping labels and tracking with DPD, Omniva or LP Express for customers outside your delivery area.

  • SMS and messengers

Order and delivery notifications by SMS, Viber or WhatsApp.

  • CRM and newsletters

Customers and orders synced with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Mailchimp or Klaviyo.

AI automation

  • Orders from messages

Customers keep writing on Viber, WhatsApp or email. AI turns the message, a photo of a handwritten list or a voicemail into a draft order your team confirms.

  • Assistant for your customers

Answers questions about products, delivery and orders at any hour, from your catalogue and each customer’s own prices.

  • Reorder reminders

Learns when each customer usually orders and reminds them, and tells you when a regular customer goes quiet.

  • Purchasing forecast

Suggests what to buy, bake or brew for the coming days from order history and the season.

  • Catalogue from supplier files

Reads supplier PDFs and spreadsheets, writes product descriptions and translations, and flags price changes.

  • Monday summary

A short email each week: sales, top products, customers ordering less, and anything unusual.

Extras are quoted separately. Tell us what slows your team down and we will suggest what is worth automating.
