Who owns what
The portal runs on your own domain, with your own database. If you ever leave, you get your data in a standard format.

Do our customers have to pay anything?
No. The portal is yours; your customers simply sign in and order.
Can customers pay online?
Not at the moment. Orders come to you for confirmation and you invoice as you do today.
We have different prices for different customers.
That is exactly what it is built for: two price tiers plus special prices for individual customers. Each customer only ever sees their own.
Some products are sold by weight.
Variable-weight products show an expected range (for example 2.5–3 kg) and the final amount follows the actual weight.
Does it connect to our accounting or ERP?
Orders export to Excel today. A direct integration can be quoted for your system.
Who owns the data?
You do. Each client has their own database, and the data can be exported at any time.
